Liver Brownies

  • 1 lb liver (beef is my preference)
  • 1 can Sardines in water (drained) (can use any canned fish)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin (can use any veggie or fruit)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 3 cloves garlic

Puree in a blender of food processor: liver, sardines, pumpkin, egg, garlic, oregano.

In a bowl, mix flour and flax seed.

Pour in puree mixture. Mix well.

Spray or grease a 9×9 or 8×8 pan and add mixture.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
